CHECKLIST TO PARTICIPATE

1a)   Current Independence High School students (2021/2022 school year) please fill out the Indy Volleyball Information Form:

1b)   New Independence High School students- Rising Freshmen for the 2022/2023 school year, please fill out the Indy Volleyball Information Form:

2)  VHSL Physical (performed after May 1^st 2022)

a.      Must be on a VHSL Physical Form

b.     Forms can be downloaded from the Indy Athletics website, www.independenceathletics.com. Under files/Links (Under More)

YOU MUST HAVE THIS COMPLETED IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN SUMMER TRAINING.

3)     Athletic Registration 

a.      Link to register will be on our athletic website, www.independenceathletics.com. Under Athletic Registration

b.     Please select all sports your child is interested in trying out for next year.

(Registration is not open yet. We will send out an email notifying all players once it opens. You may participate in summer training while waiting for registration to open.)
